Rain City Builders is owned and operated by West Seattle resident Caleb Helm.

Caleb is a third-generation builder and veteran of the US Marine Corps, who leveraged his GI-Bill to earn a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering through the University of Washington.

Caleb has been overseeing and organizing commercial and residential builds for the past seven years, continually refining his project management and building processes to better meet the needs of clients in the Seattle area
